4. Coordinate with IT

5. Schedule Leadership Orientation
Arrange orientation covering company values, leadership expectations, and policies.
6. Set Up Equipment
Prepare and configure the manager’s tools and workspace.
7. Provide Network Access
Ensure access to company networks and internal systems.
8. Assign User Permissions
Configure role-based permissions for management tools.
9. Prepare Onboarding Guide
Include key leadership guides, company goals, and policies.
Phase 2: Onboarding Day
10. Sign Employment Contract
Ensure the manager signs the contract electronically.
11. Complete Onboarding Documents
Fill out necessary forms such as tax and banking details.
12. Attend Leadership Orientation
Attend a session on company policies and leadership development.
13. Set Up Work Tools

Phase 3: Post-Onboarding
